Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. This is my primary income and my business I cannot afford to lose out on a full appointment and 48 hours is not enough to fill that time slot for someone else therefore this cancellation fee has been enforced. If an emergency has occurred please get into contact with me so we can make arrangements, I am very understanding as long as you inform me of the circumstances. Thank you.
